With approximately two decades of diverse experience spanning various industries, I have evolved into a change facilitator and dedicated team player. This journey encompasses roles such as the sole designer in startup environments, freelancing engagements, managing my own design studio, and collaborating with well-established organizations.
In recent years, I've immersed myself in management and leadership positions. During this time, I've had the privilege to recruit and guide fellow designers, as well as oversee small teams. I've also actively contributed to shaping the vision, principles, processes, frameworks, and OKRs for various projects and teams.

Since I joined the company, I’m having a hard time to be able to run UX research initiatives and other fun stuff (sounds relatable?). Since the company is too delivery focused, I decided to find a way to infuse more users’ insights into the mix.

Franco (Zeppelin Labs CEO) reached out to me, to see if I could be interested in guiding their design team for a while, as an external consultant. And I loved the idea so much, so I carefully designed a specific plan and executed it in a very adaptable and committed manner.
More than happy with Max's contribution, he brought a completely different climate and dynamic to the group that I hadn't been able to achieve. It was an injection of energy. The group activities in the sessions were great. Alejandro Mizraji — Co-Founder at Zeppelin Labs.
Valentina (in-house Designer) convinced her managers to add me to the mix as an external consultant, to basically support her design practice. And facilitate some of the team discussions, so that they could make more confident product design decisions along the way.
Máximo's participation was key to achieving a good organization and planning of the project. In addition to his creative and technical perspective, he provided us with dynamics and tools to meet the goals that we were stipulating. Valentina Leite — UI/UX Designer at Neural Trainer
With the mission of making high-quality learning accessible for those living in non-privileged environments, I kick-started this community as simple as a Chat group and an online registration form. Today we have a bit more solid structure and a couple of new learning facilitators on board.
His enthusiasm made me want to know more, so I contacted Maximo, with whom I had an interesting chat about the ideology and values of the club. From that moment I am part of this community that continues to grow and adapt to the needs of those who participate. Romina Abeldaño De Souza - Lic. Industrial Design / UX-UI
Haris (Product Manager) reached out to me, to help him present a great previous experience we had together. While running a usability test with about 400 real users of a product from a company where we were working together.
